After speaking with more residents that would like to engage my services. I’d like to offer a bit more clarity on what I’m providing for those directly affected by the Eaton Fire in Altadena or Pasadena. My goal is to give back to the community and make it as easy as possible to rebuild or move forward during this challenging time. Here’s my policy breaking down which services are pro-bono and discounted.
As each situation vary, I may need to adjust the policy, but I believe this will fit majority of sites and residents :)

Pro Bono and Reduced Fee Architectural Services
To Residents of Altadena and Pasadena Affected by the Eaton Fire. I would like to extend my support to those most directly affected in the Altadena and Pasadena communities. Below is an outline of the discounted services Studio North is offering:

GUIDANCE ON ENTITLEMENTS, CONSULTANTS, SCHEDULING, AND RESILIENT DESIGN
PERMIT GUIDANCE AND AGENCY COORDINATION
DAMAGE ASSESMENT
BASIC BUDGETING AND COST INSIGHTS
Reduced Fee:
DESIGN AND DRAWING SERVICES WILL BE DISCOUNTED AT 25% BELOW OUR STANDARD RATES.
MY STANDARD RATES CAN BE SHARED UPON REQUEST, AFTER OUR INITIAL MEETING.
Fixed Fees:
DETERMINED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS, DEPENDING ON THE PROJECT’S SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY.
DISCOUNTED, PERCENTAGE MAY VARY
